Volunteering

  • Established communication system in place (i.e. internal communication, consultation activities, complaint system, etc.) that enables employees to understand company policies and express their opinions and grievances. Within the specified period, management met with frontline staff, listening to and discussing issues that concern them, especially those that affect their career and benefit changes.

Caring for the Environment

  • Planned or established mechanisms or activities in the daily operation that have successfully promoted environmental protection.
  • Measured and reduced carbon emission levels.
  • Support / Donate to the activities organised by NGOs or worked with NGOs or government department, to promote environmental awareness among employees / customers / partners / the public or contribute to environmental protection.
