In addition, an experiential zone – “Social Needs X-perience” is set up this year to allow participants to experience and visualise social needs through interactive devices. For example, to allow participants experiencing life as a child in sub-divided unit and mental patients and by different Virtual Reality (VR) experiences; to enhance participants' empathy towards the elderly with the specially designed simulation gear; and to facilitate general understanding of the “Real Challenge” of the disabled people by a wheel chair obstacle game.

All these elements have made this annual occasion become fruitful. It also enhanced mutual understanding and nurtured partnership between companies and social service organizations.
