Go Paperless

To promote environmental protection, the Caring Company Scheme will no longer provide paper nomination forms starting from this year (2023/24), in order to reduce carbon emissions and paper usage. Participating companies/organisations could download the nomination form directly.

The Scheme’s paperless initiative is the first step in encouraging companies and organisations to implement measures related to Environment, Society, and Governance (ESG). We look forward to working together with you to build a sustainable society.


The Outstanding Partnership Project Award:

The Outstanding Partnership Project Award is currently under review. Details regarding the award will be announced together with the next nomination cycle in 2024/25 through the Caring Company Scheme website and email. Please stay tuned for updates.


List of Barrier-free Companies / Organisations：

The List of Barrier-free Companies / Organisations is currently under review. Please stay tuned for the update.


Scope and adjudication

  • There are 3 adjudication SCOPES under the Scheme: Caring for the Community (From 3A), Caring for the Employee (Form 3B) and Caring for the Environment (Form 3C) and a total of 18 criteria 
  • To qualify for the Caring Company or Caring Organisation Logo, all nominations must fulfil a minimum of 2 criteria from each of the three scopes respectively
  • Nominees are required to carry out activities throughout the entire year of 2023
