(Continuously updating) The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 - Latest Application Arrangements

The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 will begin accepting applications on 20 March 2025 at 4pm. For more details about the application arrangement, please visit https://caringcompany.org.hk/en_applications.php

For companies applying for the Caring Company Logo and organisations applying for the Caring Organisation Logo (referred to as “Applicants”), and charitable organisations would like to become nominators in the 2024/25 cycle, if they have participated in the Scheme in past years, their contact persons will receive an email between 20 and 25 March with a link to set up their account password for the new online application system.

At that time, each contact person simply needs to follow the instructions to activate their online accounts and initiate the online application process. For first-time applicants / nominators, they can directly apply for an online account through the new system once it is open.

Information Session (new system-related)
A brand-new online application system will be launched at the same time with the new cycle of the Scheme's application. An online introduction session for the new system will be held on 15 and 16 April to provide a detailed overview and demonstration of its operation. Please stay tuned for our further updates.

Application for a Nominator Account
Starting from the 2024/25 cycle, all applications and nominations must be submitted via the online application system. All charitable organisations that meet the nominator eligibility must first have an online account and join the Nominator List (the “List”) before they can make nominations and complete relevant forms in the online system.

Please note that HKCSS Agency Members who have participated in the Scheme previously will be included automatically in the List and do not need to submit a separate application.
