The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 - Nominator Account Application (for NGO only)

Starting from the 2024/25 cycle, all applications and nominations must be submitted via the online application system. Nominators must have online accounts to be included to the Nominator List (“List”), make nominations and complete relevant forms in the system.

Nominator Eligibility
- Charitable Organisations which are eligible for tax exemption under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (registered in Hong Kong for at least 1 year according to the effective date of Inland Revenue Department). For the list of tax exempt charitable organisations, please visit: https://www.ird.gov.hk/eng/tax/ach_index.htm
- Service nature: social welfare, educational, medical, environmental, cultural, recreational and sports bodies, and international and cross-boundary organisations
- Must have an online account and be listed on the “Nominator List”
Methods to be included in List
1) HKCSS Agency Members who have participated in the Scheme (view the list)
- HKCSS Agency Members who have prior participation in the Scheme will be automatically included in the list without the need for additional application.
2) Non-HKCSS Agency Members who have participated in the Scheme (view the list)
- Non-HKCSS Agency Members who have prior participation in the Scheme and already have a nominator account are required to submit the following documents:
- Account Information Update Form (If account update information has been submitted between September and October 2024, this part can be exempted.)
- Proof of charitable organisation exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (i.e., IR 88)
- Declaration letter with authorised person's signature and organisation stamp
- If any of the above documents have not been submitted, please complete and submit the Online Application Form (login with Google required) (Deadline: 24 January 2025).
3) First-time nominators
- Charitable organisations that have never participated in the Scheme and are eligible to be a nominator (regardless of HKCSS Agency membership status) are required to fill out and submit the Online Application Form (login with Google required) to apply for an account in advance (Deadline: 24 January 2025).
2024/25 Nominator List

For organisations submit their applications between 14 December 2024 and 24 January 2025, if their applications are approved, they will be added to the List on 28 February 2025.
