Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 – Application Deadline Approaching - Please Reserve Sufficient Time for Application Procedures

The application for the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 (the Scheme) will close on 8 October 2025 at 6:00pm. After the deadline, no applications can be submitted through the system. If companies / organisations would like to participate in this year’s Scheme but have not yet initiated the necessary procedures, please start the process as soon as possible and allocate sufficient time to complete all steps to ensure successful submission before the deadline. Each application consists of 6 parts, including “Company / Organisation Basic Information”, “Contact Information”, “Form A: Community Partnership”, “Form B: Sustainability”, “Caring Ambassador” and “Application Fee”.
In addition, please take note of the following arrangements related to the online system:
1) “Account Registration”
The deadline for submitting new account registrations for this year is 25 September 2025 at 6:00pm. Applicants must activate their accounts before proceeding with the relevant application process. If company/ organisation have not participated the Scheme before but plan to participate this year, please submit an account registration through the online system by the aforementioned date or earlier. Result notifications will be sent to account registration applicants in a minimum of 5 working days. If the registration is approved, the applicant will also receive an email notification to activate the account.
2) Ensure Nominators have activated their accounts
Please ensure that any company/ organisation’s partners (i.e., nominators) have also activated their online accounts and have been added to the “Nominator List”. Once the nominating organisation successfully joins the Nominator List, companies/ organisations can invite them to become a nominator through the search nominator function.

3) “Account Recovery” Application
The “Account Recovery” process is utilized when all contacts of a company or organisation are unable to access the account. The processing of such applications will require a minimum of 5 working days. Please submit the relevant application without delay.
