Processing Fee
A processing fee of HK$700 will be charged per nomination form. Processing fees can be paid either by the nominee or the nominator, please specify who will pay the processing fee. All processing fees are non-refundable. Processing fees are not tax-deductible.
Concessions on processing fees for HKCSS Agency Members: HK$500 will be charged for each nomination form. Submission by the Early-bird Deadline (on or before 06 Oct 2023) will be charged at HK$300 per nomination form (HK$100 for Online Nomination). All processing fees must be received by the appropriate application deadline.

- By Cheque: Fees to be paid by crossed cheque made payable to ‘The Hong Kong Council of Social Service’, with the name of the payee, contact person and telephone number written on the back of the cheque. - By direct transfer (only applicable for online nomination): For fees to be paid by direct transfer, once the application is completed, the online nomination system (the system) will allow you to download the "Payment Advice". Please follow the instructions on the Payment Advice to settle the payment by transferring funds from your account or depositing cash to the designated account. Please upload the proof of payment with company name and reference number to the system within three working days.

Please note that all transfers must be done through the company’s bank account. Funds from personal bank account, cash, or cheque deposits will not be accepted.
